2nd PICOS Platform version available

The enhanced 2nd version of the PICOS Community Platform prototype was recently completed. The according documentation is available as deliverable 5.2a now in our deliverable section.
The new platform version contains several enhancements and additions, for the Angler Community Application Prototype, based on the feedback gathered in the PICOS field and lab tests.
